New funding to hire great talent and accelerate the development of training, tools, and community managers need to succeed
We’re incredibly excited to share that we’ve raised US$5M in seed funding, led by Blackbird, with participation from Treble Capital, Startmate, Black Nova, Flying Fox Ventures, Saniel Ventures, The Sypkes Group, and GFC, to develop and support new people managers globally. Prior to this round, we also raised US$980K in pre-seed funding, backed by Treble Capital, Black Nova, Startmate, and a set of incredible angel investors.
This funding is going to enable us to hire the best talent and develop a comprehensive manager operating system with AI coaching. We’re incredibly proud that some of the world’s fastest growing companies, including Gusto, Notion, Sonder, Eucalyptus, Dovetail, and Heaps Normal, are already using The Mintable to invest in their managers, and we’ll be partnering closely with these and other organizations to develop the next iterations of our platform.

Welcoming global product leader, MC Dean, as Head of People
Finally – we’re thrilled to welcome MC Dean to our team of world-class talent. MC has more than a decade of experience in UX, product strategy, design leadership, organizational design and culture, and a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and Human-computer interaction. She joins The Mintable from Google, where she spent four years leading UX for urban mobility in Google Maps globally. Prior, she spent six years at Atlassian.
As Head of Product at The Mintable, MC will be responsible for building out AI-powered offerings to empower managers globally, leveraging her strong design background to ensure the product will be design-first from the start. She will also be tasked with scaling an exceptional product organization.
